Development Team

The Colonial is developed by The Colonial States LLC, a project-driven entity focused on the revitalization of residential living within the historic core of Ponce. The initiative is powered by Misla Hospitality Group, a multidisciplinary development team recognized for creating lifestyle-driven environments across both the hospitality and residential sectors. At its core, Misla Hospitality approaches every project as an experience—integrating design, functionality, and community to deliver spaces that go beyond traditional real estate.

The Colonial represents the first in a series of branded residential communities envisioned for the historic district, with the objective of reactivating urban living and contributing to a more vibrant, connected city center. The coordination and execution of the project is led by Abel E. Misla Villalba, serving as President.
